We will be at your home within 24 hours of your request. In most cases, much faster than that. We will offer you an immediate solution to restore comfort to your home. If we are unable to schedule you within 24 hours of your request, we will let you know & recommend a hotel stay, on us. If we fail to show up for any reason within 24 hours, we will reimburse you the cost of the hotel up to $100 per night.

Just because something is old does not mean it requires replacing. In truth, we would love to keep your AC running strong for as long as possible. That said, you and I know the day will come when it no longer makes sense to put more money in your Heating and Cooling System. If you suspect that might be this year, even if that is not today, we will give you a written estimate for the complete replacement. Then we will give you a year to pull the trigger. How do we do this you ask? Each year we get rebates sent to us. The more we buy the more rebates we have. We save those up and use them exclusively for our Absolute Comfort Members. Where applicable, Fast Affordable Air may install a temporary condensing unit if an immediate solution to restore comfort is not available. Though we carry nearly 400 parts on our truck, there are occasions where the repair requires OEM part(s). In those cases, it could take as long as two weeks to repair. Installing a temporary condensing unit allows you to keep your home comfortable while you wait.
Newly installed equipment requires annual maintenance to maintain the manufacturers parts warranty. Tragically, most brands have little flexibility when it comes to honoring a warranty and the way you maintain your system.
