At Fast Affordable Air, we do not push a new unit sale on every heating and air conditioning repair. Sometimes this is the best solution but we are more about giving the customer options. If you worked at one of those places where the management wants you to condemn every 11-year-old unit you come upon you will find working here is not the same. We come behind those companies all the time. That practice works for them and we make no judgments but we repair at least as many as we replace.

We make sure you have the resources to make the customers happy. There is always a manager on standby to help with complicated situations. There is always a helper and parts runner available if needed. We stock the trucks with everything you could possibly need to make 90% of all repairs. If you need help with a diagnosis or just want to bounce something off another tech the solution is just one call away. We use technology in a way that makes the service calls more fluid but does not bog you down.
