Think of it like the “heat carrier” inside the Air Conditioning system.

The blue gauge reads the low-pressure side, also called the suction side. The red gauge reads the high-pressure side, also called the liquid side or discharge side. These readings help the technician understand how the air conditioner is moving refrigerant through the system.

The capacitor labels also show voltage ratings such as 440V and 370V. This tells the technician the maximum voltage the part is designed to handle. Using the correct capacitor size matters. A wrong-sized capacitor can cause hard starting, motor overheating, weak cooling, or early equipment failure.
